Obituary of Reynaldo Mandawe

Reynaldo Mandawe, passed away on January 10, 2021.  He went to be with his Lord Almighty at the age of 43.  

He was born in Manila, Philippines on November 04, 1977.  He graduated from Emilio Aguinaldo College and earned a Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy in 2001 and worked as a registered Physical Therapist as his career. 

Reynaldo “Rey” was a devoted husband to Mary “Joy” Mandawe, of 10 years, and a father to Riley Taylor Mandawe. 

They were married at St. Augustine Church in New City, New York on June 26, 2010.  

Rey enjoyed cooking, fishing, hosting parties at home, bonding with his family and friends, and mostly traveling.  

The top three countries he enjoyed was Paris, France, Maldives where they spent Christmas as a family and Dubai.  He was also a music lover, loved to play the guitar and listened to acoustic music, but his favorite thing to do was to sing karaoke and woo his wife Mary daily. 

He will always be remembered by his wife, daughter and predeceased mother Flordeliza Mandawe. 

Visitation will be at Joseph W. Sorce Funeral Home, 728 West Nyack Rd., West Nyack, New York 10994.

Prayer service follows 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
