Obituary of Grace Bruno

Grace Bruno (1/15/1926-1/24/2020) passed peacefully in her sleep after living a life full of family, friends and love. She was predeceased by her parents, Ralph and Francis Piriano, her sister Rose, her son-in-law Bill, and her husband, Peter Bruno and is survived by their five children, Louise Fader (Jeff), Richard Bruno (Diane), Ralph Bruno (Karin), Donna Horneman (Bill), and Peter Bruno (Patty). Grace is further survived by her loving sister Annie, and her grandchildren, Chris Fader (Lily), Billy Horneman (Jessica), Amber Fader (Kay), Andrew Bruno, DeeAnna Horneman (Matt), Stephanie Bruno and Mia Grace Bruno as well as the rest of her large family. Born in Manhattan, Grace grew up living with her extended family. Grace was a homemaker while she raised her children and once they were grown, she worked at the Sears Coffee Shop, and Pathmark as a front end cashier. Throughout her life she never forgot a single phone number or birthday and loved giving to others at every opportunity. Grace's favorite passtimes were watching Game Shows with her family and turning on the Hallmark Channel whenever she could get the remote! Grace was always concerned with safety and would call each of her children and grandchildren every time it snowed to make sure they were safe. It is this loving and caring nature that will live on in the hearts of Grace's family and all those who knew her
