Martine was born in Port-Au-Prince Haiti, On May 16th, 1975. She entered Heaven’s gates on March 18th, 2018. She was the beloved daughter of Sylvio & Eugenie Prevot.

Martine came to the U.S. as a baby accompanied by her loving mother; The two joined her father in Nyack, New York where she and her siblings would be raised.  Her parents worked very hard to assure a bright future for Martine and her siblings.

She attended Nyack High School and graduated in 1994. Following high school, she attended Dominican College and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2001. Martine flourished in her career as a registered nurse and worked at many reputable medical establishments such as Westchester Medical Center and Nyack Hospital.  At the time of her passing, she worked for Montefiore Hospital rigorously climbing up the ladder with professional success in two short years. She also made a lasting impact working in the home care industry, connecting especially with her Haitian patients, often going above and beyond her line of work.
