Obituary of Vincent Zezima

Vincent (Vinnie) Zezima, entered into eternal rest on March 21, 2018.  He was married for 51 ½ years to his loving and devoted wife Janis (Carucci) Zezima.  He is survived by his best friend and adoring son, Gregory and dear daughter-in-law, Lisa. The joy and pride of his life were his two grandsons, Anthony (AJ), and Brandon.  Also survived by his loving and ageless 91 year old Mother-in-Law Irene, and caring Sister-in-Law Phyllis as well as nephew David & wife Marissa, and nephew Kevin & wife Kara.    Vincent was born to the late Anthony and Flora Zezima. and grew up in New York City.   He attended Cardinal Hayes H.S.  He was known for his outgoing personality and love of sports – especially Baseball and Horseracing at Saratoga. He was well known for his volunteer services as usher and altar assistant at St. Aedan’s Church every morning.  He was past President of Sons of Italy Lodge #2176, and past Grand Knight of Knights of Columbus Triune Council #2052.  He will be missed by many.
